My firm was only beginning to get into the Extranet world. The KM group did a session on external facing KM. I was able to take back real how to examples to the firm.
Conference is a whirlwind of activity; can you share your strategy or any tips to making it through and getting the most out of it?
I usually look through the materials early and look for any themes that might be of interest to me.
What volunteer roles have you held for ILTA?
Track Chair for Information Management, currect Track Coordinator role and Risk Management Steering Committee member.
What prompted you to get involved as a volunteer leader with ILTA?
The great people. The ILTA group is like a 2nd family. They support me personally and professionally.
What led you in the direction of working with a Peer Group or on Conference Committee?
I was a speaker for a few years and was approached to join the committee. After joining the committee I became familiar with the Risk group and eventually joined the steering committee.
